• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05 -121 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR FOXBOROUGH <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City <br />ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for Fox Den Acres on <br />January 10, 2005 with Resolution 04 -196, and <br />WHEREAS, the developer has changed the project name to Foxborough, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Foxborough received by the City July 25, 2005 is <br />consistent with the preliminary plat; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Foxborough. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of , 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />John J.
