• <br />• <br />• <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05-148 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT <br />FOR MILLER'S ON MAIN <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />the Lino Lakes City Council met at its regularly scheduled meeting of <br />September 26, 2005; and <br />Miller's on Main has submitted an application for a Special Event Permit <br />for the Officer Shawn Silvera Memorial Benefit to be held on October 16, <br />2005; and <br />the City of Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background <br />investigation of Chad Wagner, owner of Miller's on Main; and <br />Chad Wagner of Miller's on Main has expressed a willingness to comply <br />with all the requirements set forth by city ordinances and the conditions set <br />forth in Attachment "A" <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the Special Event Permit for the benefit. <br />Approved by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of September, 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />Jean Viger, Deputy Clerk <br />4 L1B <br />John J.
