CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-11 <br />APPROVING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH VALVOLINE <br />OF JAVA OF LINO LAKES <br />WHEREAS, the City has completed review of the site and building plans for a Valvoline <br />instant oil change; and <br />WHEREAS, the legal description of the property is Lot 1 Block 2 Java Lino Lakes; and <br />WHEREAS, City Code Section 1007.020(5)(d) requires the execution of a site <br />performance agreement prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Site Improvement Performance Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and Valvoline LLC. is <br />hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute such agreements on <br />behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of January, 2026. <br />erty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
