CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-12 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 6 AND FINAL <br />FOR THE MARKET PLACE DRIVE REALIGNMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 25-48 of the Council adopted on April 14, 2025, awarding the <br />contract for the Market Place Drive Realignment Project to Northdale Construction Company, <br />Inc. in the amount of $1,035,427.63 and <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 6 (Final) where the final <br />amount for the Market Place Drive Realignment Project was 985,149.91; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that <br />Payment Request No. 6 (Final) is approved in the amount of $24,304.39 for the Market Place <br />Drive Realignment Project. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of January 2026. <br />Ro ferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, City Clerk <br />
