• <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 10 -05 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LINO LAKES CITY CODE BY INCREASING <br />THE SALARIES OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />I. <br />The City Code of the City of Lino lakes, Section 203.01 Subdivision 1 is amended as follows: <br />Pursuant to the provision and allowance of Minnesota State statute 415.11, the salary of the <br />Mayor of the City of Lino Lakes shall be six thousand six hundred fifty four dollars ($6,654) and <br />the salary of each council member shall be five thousand three hundred twenty three dollars <br />($5,323) for the year beginning January 1, 2007. Salaries for each subsequent three (3) years <br />shall be as follows. <br />YEAR MAYOR COUNCIL <br />0 2007 $6,654 $5,323 <br />2008 $6,853 $5,483 <br />2009 $7,059 $5,647 <br />2010 $7,270 $5,817 <br />These salaries have been adjusted to reflect a 3% annual increase. <br />II. <br />This ordinance shall be effective January 1, 2007 <br />Passed by the City Council of Lino Lakes this day of <br />ATTEST: <br />Jean Viger, Deputy City Clerk <br />• <br />John J.
