1. Multi Occupancy Business Sicnah-en a single principle building is devoted to three (3) or n IV.Z. of this ordinance. a. Pylon sign up to two hundred (200) square feet per side of sign area. b. Not to exceed building height limit of zone. c. 'Minimum of five (5) foot setback from property line. Business Identification (Single & Double Occupancy Buildings): Sign area of all business signs on a site equals three (3) square feet per lineal foot of lot frontage, or two hundred (200) square feer twenty five percent (25%) of the wall area on which the sign is placed, whichever is greater. c. Minimum five (5) foot setback from property line. is allowed. E. "R -BR" RURAL BUSINESS RESERVE DISTRICT Purpose. This district is intended to preserve a rural very low - density environment until such time as the land is needed for commercial and industrial uses. Residents of this district can expect to fully use the land for farming, grazing, animal husbandry, propagation of nursery stock, gardening, and other traditional rural use. In addition, the district is meant to prevent incursion of those land uses that would adversely affect or diminish the rural character of the land. In particular subdivisions of land for residential purposes as well as commercial and industrial uses without access to suitable infrastructure is not to be permitted. This district is also meant to serve the following functions: - To control and limit urban sprawl. - To conserve land in a viable economic status until such time as the need is present for rezoning to a business use district. - To reduce the possibility of rural -urban conflict in both the use of the land and in the extension of utilities and other infrastructure items.
