GRANDFATHER CLAUSE: All signs located within the City of Lino Lakes prior <br />to the adoption of this Ordinance, may continue to exist as to size, illumination and <br />present location, provided the sign does not violate any provisions of the Lino lakes <br />City Code up to the date this Ordinance is passed and adopted. A permit is required <br />for each existing sign, as applicable under this Ordinance. <br />CC. Any signs not specifically allowed by this ordinance are prohibited. <br />DD. Any violation of this Ordinance shall constitute a misdemeanor. Each day of such <br />violation shall constitute a separate offense.
