• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05 -159 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE I -35E CORRIDOR FINAL ALTERNTATIVE <br />URBAN AREAWIDE REVIEW <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, as the Responsible Governmental Unit, authorized the <br />preparation of an Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) with Resolution 05 -51; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City prepared a the I -3 5E Corridor Draft AUAR document and the City <br />Council authorized distribution it for public comment with Resolution 05 -85; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City received comments, prepared responses to substantive comments <br />and prepared a mitigation plan to prevent potentially significant impacts from occurring <br />from specific projects within the AUAR area; and <br />WHEREAS, the City distributed the I -35E Corridor Final Alternative Urban Areawide <br />Review as authorized by the City Council with Resolution 05 -144; and <br />WHEREAS, no objection have been filed by State agencies or the Metropolitan Council; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the entire process has been conducted in accordance with MN Rules 4410; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Environmental Board discussed the Final AUAR at a special meeting on <br />October 12, 2005 and unanimously approved supporting the adoption of the Final AUAR <br />by the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council adopts the I -35E <br />Corridor Final Alternative Urban Areawide Review dated September 26, 2005. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of S <br />2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />Jean Viger, Deputy Clerk <br />John J.
