CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-14 <br />AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A SOLICITOR LICENSE TO <br />RENEWAL BY ANDERSEN <br />WHEREAS, Renewal by Andersen, located at 1920 County Road C, Roseville, MN, has <br />applied for a solicitor's license to allow the following salespeople to solicit within the City of <br />Lino Lakes and issuance of the permit shall be conditioned on a successful background check, <br />with no disqualifying events. <br />1. Marwan Sakr <br />2. Kossi Kagni <br />3. Dylan Syverson <br />4. Mason Rainer <br />5. Ethan Kessel <br />WHEREAS, Renewal by Andersen has complied with the provisions of Chapter 613 of the <br />Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota hereby <br />approves the request of Renewal by Anderson to solicit throughout Lino Lakes for a period of six <br />(6) months, for a license term completely within the year 2026, contingent upon full payment of <br />all license fees, meeting and ongoing maintenance of all conditions of the license. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 91' day of February 2026. <br />-f /L-t h-4 ' " i '� <br />R R fferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC <br />City Clerk <br />
