CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-16 <br />APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT <br />2026 STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the City Council awarding a construction contract to North Valley, <br />Inc in the amount of $1,036,782.86, on February 9, 2026; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB LLC has submitted a proposal to complete the construction services for <br />the 2026 Street Rehabilitation Project in the amount of $86,000.00; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the City to <br />proceed with the construction oversight and administration, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, the Mayor <br />and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB LLC, in the name <br />of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction services of the 2026 Street Rehabilitation Project. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 91h day of February, 2026. <br />-.I, f L" �� rt-- - <br />Ro Ra ferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />R4.0 e--5� <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
