The Town Center South <br />Master Plan study is intended to: <br />• Align development with market, community priorities and the Council's strategic plan. <br />• Position the City to attract new investment and expand the tax base. <br />• Provide a roadmap for integrating civic, commercial, and recreational uses. <br />• Enhance the Rookery's position as a community hub and asset. <br />This joint engagement and visioning session with the City Council, Planning and Zoning Board, <br />and Economic Development Advisory Committee, is intended to establish key goals and priorities <br />and performance metrics for the Master Plan. <br />Representatives from Tushie Montgomery Architects reviewed the process, provided <br />background information and facilitated discussion on the planning objectives and goals <br />4.
