CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-18 <br />RESOLUTION SUBMITTING A LIST OF ELIGIBLE NOMINEES TO ANOKA COUNTY <br />FOR THE OPEN MANAGER POSITION ON THE RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF MANAGERS <br />WHEREAS, the City received NOTICE OF A VACANCY on the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District Board of Managers due to a resignation, for the remainder of the term which expires <br />January 17, 2028; and <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County notified the City they can submit a list of nominations to the <br />Anoka County Board of Commissioners per Minnesota Statute 103D.311; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes wishes to have representation on the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District Board of Managers; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has received interest from three individuals for the <br />Anoka County Board of Commissioners to consider. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota does hereby submit the following list of nominees for consideration by the Anoka <br />County Board of Commissioners per Minnesota Statute 103D.311 for the open manager <br />position on the Rice Creek Watershed District Board of Managers. <br />Scott Robinson, 8179 4th Avenue, Lino Lakes, MN 55014 <br />Michael Perron, 7617 Peltier Lake Dr, Lino Lakes MN 55038 <br />Teresa O'Connell, 1000 Main Street, Lino Lakes, MN 55014 <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of February, 2026. <br />-I-, �-, h-, -� �±� <br />Ro R fferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
