Otherwise, it will be 2007 or later before the City could decide to fund <br />the request and undertake the study. <br />In summary, the decision to proceed with extending utilities into this area will occur only after <br />there is substantial support for the project and agreement to the associated assessments to pay for <br />the improvements, including the reconstruction of the street, a change in the MUSA boundary, <br />and an amendment to the comprehensive plan. The immediate obstacle for proceeding further is <br />the absence of funding for the feasibility study.
