• <br />• <br />• <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05 -146 <br />APPROVE RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR LADIES AUXILIARY <br />VFW POST 6583 TO CONDUCT LAWFUL GAMBLING <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council met on November 28, 2005; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department conducted the necessary background <br />investigation; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 6583 is in compliance with City <br />Ordinances; and <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Gambling Control Board requires the Lino Lakes City <br />Council to approve, by resolution, the application to conduct lawful <br />gambling in the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby <br />approves the renewal application for the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 6583 to conduct <br />gambling at 7868 Lake Drive, Lino Lakes, Minnesota. <br />Approved by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 28th day of November, <br />2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />Jean Viger, Acting City Clerk <br />John J.
