• <br />• <br />AGENDA ITEM 3A <br />STAFF ORIGNINATOR: Gordon Heitke, City Administrator <br />MEETING DATE: November 28, 2005 <br />TOPIC: Consider SECOND READING, Ordinance No. <br />12 -05, Establishing 2006 Fee Schedule <br />VOTE REQUIRED: Roll Call Vote - Simple Majority (3/5 Vote) <br />BACKGROUND: <br />In order to provide for a more efficient and timely method of reviewing and adjusting the <br />various fees charged by the City, all fees are consolidated into one fee schedule to be <br />reviewed and adopted on an annual basis. Some of these fees have specific statutory <br />requirements. <br />Staff has reviewed the fees charged by the individual departments and recommended <br />changes to increase or change fees in some cases, or for the purpose of compliance with <br />Minnesota statutory requirements. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve second reading of Ordinance No. 12 -05. <br />Return to staff for further consideration. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option No. 1 <br />
