• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05 -184 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPENSATING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 AND FINAL <br />PAYMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF WELL NO. 5 <br />WHEREAS, the construction of Well No. 5, including Compensating Change Order No. <br />1 has been completed by E.H. Renner & Sons, Inc. and <br />WHEREAS, the one -year warranty period for this project will begin with the Final <br />Payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Compensating Change Order No. 1 and Payment Certificate No. 6 (Final) is <br />approved for a total contract amount of $157,799.40. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 28th day of November, 2005. <br />Jean Viger, Deputy Clerk <br />John J.
