• ATTACHMENT A, RESOLUTION 11 -12 <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 03 -11 <br />AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Ordinance sections regulating Motor <br />Vehicle Sales Lots <br />The purpose of amending these sections of the Zoning Ordinance is to clarify the sale of <br />motor vehicles within the city. <br />Section 1.Subdivision 2.B of the Zoning Ordinance will be modified to add a <br />definition for `Motor Vehicles Sales Lots' and to remove the term 'Outdoor Sales <br />Lots'. <br />Section 3.Subdivision 5.F of the Zoning Ordinance will be modified to include <br />parking standards for `Motor Vehicle Sales Lots'. <br />Section 7.Subdivision 3.H.9 of the Zoning Ordinance will be modified to update <br />the 'Motor Vehicle Sales Lots' section of the conditional use permit requirements. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council on January 24th, 2011. <br />This is a summary of the adopted ordinance.
