CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-28 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO OPTION AND STRUCTURE <br />LEASE AGREEMENT, PUBLIC WORKS CELLULAR TOWER <br />WHEREAS, the City and New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC ("Tenant) entered into an Option and <br />Structure Lease Agreement, dated June 27, 2025, for facilities located at 1189 Main Street, Lino <br />Lakes, Minnesota (Public Works property), and <br />WHEREAS, due to the 2026 Public Works reconstruction project the City and Tennant desire to <br />amend the Agreement to allow for a Tenant utility relocation, and <br />WHEREAS, the City and Tennant desire to amend the Agreement in accordance with the First <br />Amendment to Option and Structure Lease Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the First <br />Amendment to Option and Structure Lease Agreement, attached hereto at Exhibit A, is hereby <br />approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the agreement on <br />behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of March, 2026. <br />a ferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
