CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />IN 69]1Int O MOMW-1PT:1 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RIGHT OF WAY PLAT NO. 4 <br />(OTTER LAKE ROAD EXTENSION) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota is proposing to undertake the extension of <br />Otter Lake Road; and <br />WHEREAS, construction of the improvements will require the acquisition of right-of-way <br />and permanent and temporary easements to facilitate the roadway improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB, the City Engineer, prepared a plat outlining all tracts and parcels of land <br />affected by the proposed acquisition in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 505.1793; and <br />WHEREAS, on November 11, 2025 the City Council adopted Right -of -Way plat No. 4 by <br />Resolution No. 25-157, and <br />WHEREAS, following review by the County Surveyor, the plat was revised to identify <br />overlap between legal descriptions of three abutting properties, incorporated as Parcel 3 & 4 and <br />Parcel 3 & 5 on the plat, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that: <br />1. That the revised Right -of -Way plat is hereby approved. <br />2.
