The Lino Lakes City Code Chapter 1007: Zoning Code has been amended to <br />rezone the property located in the future plat of Peltier Ponds from R, Rural to PUD, Planned <br />Unit Development. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council on March 9, 2026. <br />This is a summary of the adopted ordinance.
