Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 -22 <br />APPROVING ISSUANCE OF AN OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR <br />LICENSE TO KLVZ CORPORATION (EAGLE LIQUOR), 730 APOLLO DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, the city has received an application for an off -sale intoxicating liquor <br />and tobacco license from KLVZ Corporation; and <br />WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed said application and determined that the <br />request meets the requirements of the City Code and Minnesota State Statutes <br />for the type of licenses requested; and <br />WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an <br />investigation of the applicants, and; <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has provided proof of insurance as required and paid <br />the necessary fees; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves an off -sale intoxicating liquor and tobacco license for <br />KLVZ Corporation (Stanislav Sidorenko, President) subject to all the fees, <br />provisions and conditions of the laws of the city, state and federal government <br />and the applicant will comply with all said laws. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day of February, 2011. <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />P44 <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />
