Studenski, City Engineer <br />February 28, 2011 <br />Resolution No. 11 - 25, Payment #2 and Change <br />Order #1, 2010 Surface Water Management — <br />Surface Water Maintenance Projects <br />Simple Majority <br />Quotes were received for the Surface Water Maintenance Projects on August 17, 2010. <br />Penn Contracting was awarded the project. Penn Contracting completed the 2008 and <br />2009 Surface Water Maintenance project and performed well. <br />Additional ditch activities including regarding were required to complete the project. <br />These were bid items that only required additional quantities to be performed. There <br />was other work on the project that was able to be reduced in scope which minimized <br />the overall change in contract amount to $3,230.00. <br />Attached is a copy of Payment #2 and Change Order #1. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of Resolution Number 11 -25, Approve Pay Estimate #2 and <br />Change Order #1, 2010 Surface Water Management — Surface Water Maintenance <br />Projects. <br />P46 <br />
