P74 <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 -34 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING LILAC STREET (CSAH 153) FROM ANOKA COUNTY <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County has Revoked the County Road Designation, and releasing <br />County State Aid Highway 153 (Lilac Street), and <br />WHEREAS, all of Lilac Street may be designated as part of the City of Lino Lakes <br />Municipal State Aid System subject to certain rules, and <br />WHEREAS, one of those rules requires the City to adopt a resolution accepting said <br />street. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City of Lino Lakes accepts the reversion of Lilac Street (CSAH 153) from Anoka <br />County jurisdiction to City of Lino Lakes jurisdiction.
