I am attaching copies of the 2009 Note for your review, as well as a copy of the actuarial <br />report performed in 2008. The actuarial report is good for three years and must be <br />reevaluated at that time. The City will engage an actuary to review its OPEB liability in <br />2011. <br />Staff will be available to discuss GASB 45 at the work session. The Council may also <br />wish to discuss the topic with the City's auditors during the annual audit report in June. <br />Page 2 <br />
