WS — Item 5 <br />WORK SESSION STAFF REPORT <br />Work Session Item <br />Date: April 4, 2011 <br />To: City Council <br />From: Jeff Smyser <br />Re: Oppidan and 49/J Development <br />Background <br />At the March 7 work session, the project team from Oppidan discussed their prospective project <br />in the area of Hodgson Road and Ash Street (CSAH 49 and CSAH J).
