SETTING THE AGENDA: Addition or Deletion of Agenda Items <br /> <br />th <br />Ms. Buchmeier took a motion to approve the January 28, 2026 agenda. Jonathan to approve <br />agenda. Ms. Buchmeier seconded the motion. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Ms. Buchmeier took a motion to set the December 17, 2025 minutes.
