CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-32 <br />AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A SOLICITOR LICENSE TO <br />GYPSUM CONSULTING, INC. <br />WHEREAS, Gypsum Consulting, Inc., located at 1330 Lagoon Ave., Minneapolis, MN <br />55446, has applied for a solicitor license to allow the following salespeople to solicit within the <br />City of Lino Lakes and issuance of the permit shall be conditioned on a successful background <br />check, with no disqualifying events. <br />1. Andrew Brayfield <br />WHEREAS, Gypsum Consulting, Inc. has complied with the provisions of Chapter 613 of <br />the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota hereby <br />approves the request of Gypsum Consulting, Inc. to solicit throughout Lino Lakes for a period of <br />six (6) months, for a license term completely within the year 2026, conditioned on meeting and <br />ongoing maintenance of all conditions of the license. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of March 2026. <br />R Ra ferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC <br />City Clerk <br />
