<br />ACCEPTING BID AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT, BID PACKAGE
<br />NO. 1, BID CATEGORY 03A, CAST IN PLACE CONCRETE,
<br />PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of the Public
<br />Works Building Improvement Project, bids were received for Bid Package No. 1, Bid Category
<br />03A, Cast In Place Concrete, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids
<br />were received complying with the advertisement:

<br />WHEREAS, it appears that Northland Concrete & Masonry Company, LLC., of Shakopee,
<br />Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder, and
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interests of the City to award the based bid
<br />and alternative bid,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that:
<br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
<br />Northland Concrete & Masonry Company, LLC., in the amount of $1,852,620, in the
<br />name of the City of Lino Lakes, for the construction of the Public Works Building Bid
