CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-35 <br />APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WSB FOR <br />PREPARATION OF TRUNK UTILITY PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS SUNSET AVENUE <br />RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County is planning to reconstruct Sunset Avenue (CR 53) from Apollo <br />Drive (CSAH 12) to Main Street (CSAH 14) in 2027, and <br />WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes 2040 Comprehensive Plan identifies the need for a <br />sanitary sewer west side relief interceptor. The plan also identifies a trunk water system loop; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, WSB, City Engineer, has provided a proposal to prepare the Trunk Utility Plans <br />and Specifications that would be included with the Anoka County Sunset Avenue Reconstruction <br />Project, in the amount of $116,100. <br />WHEREAS, funding for the project will come from the City's Area and Unit Trunk fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />Professional Services Agreement with WSB for the preparation of Trunk Utility Plans and <br />Specifications that will included with the Anoka County Sunset Avenue Reconstruction Project is <br />hereby approved and staff is authorized to execute the proposal on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of March, 2026. <br />-. � I �- S.
