Call to Order and Roll Call <br />Mayor Rafferty called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. <br />2. Setting the Agenda: Addition or Deletion of Agenda Items <br />The agenda was adopted as presented. <br />3. Review Regular Agenda <br />The City Council reviewed regular meeting agenda for this evening. <br />The Community Development Director stated that the language for Resolution No. 26-27, <br />Approving Public Works Building Utilities Comprehensive Plan Amendment, was changed from <br />Public/Semi-Public to Civic and Institutional, from the draft presented in the packet. <br />4.
