The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with North <br />Valley, Inc., in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction of the 2011 Street <br />Overlay Project according to the plans and specifications approved by the City Council and <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />2.
