Interview engineering firms - The city had issued a request for proposals to <br />15 provide city engineering services. The following firms were interviewed by the council. <br />16 Representatives of the firms that were present are noted. <br />17 • Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc. (SEH) — Todd Blank, PE; Tony Kutzke, PE; <br />18 Ron Leaf, PE; Miles Jensen, PE; Heidi Peper, Funding Lead; and Mark Benson, PE. <br />19 • WSB and Associates, Inc.
