5 <br /> <br />Development Contract <br /> <br />T he City’s subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution of a <br />development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. The C ity Engineer <br />has drafted the attached Development Contract. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />The variance, preliminary plat and final plat for Marshan Meadows Second Addition meet the <br />requirements of the comprehensive plan, subdivision and zoning ordinance and Shoreland <br />O verlay District. The Planning & Zoning Board held a public hearing on December 11, 2013 and <br />made recommendation to the City Council for approval. <br /> <br />Staff is recommending approval of the following items with conditions as listed per resolution : <br /> <br />1. Resolution N o. 14 -01 Approving Variance from Shoreland Overlay District <br /> <br />2. Resolution No. 14 -02 Approving the Preliminary and Final Plat for Marshan Meadows <br />Second Addition <br /> <br />3. Resolution No. 14 -03 Approving Development Agreement, Marshan Meadows Second <br />Addition <br /> <br />ATTACHMEN TS <br /> <br />1. Resolution No. 14 -01 <br />2. Resolution No. 14 -02 <br />3.
