P28 <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION 11 -55 <br />APPROVING ISSUANCE OF AN ANNUAL PERMIT ALLOWING THE SALE OF <br />CONSUMER FIREWORKS <br />AT SUPER TARGET, 749 APOLLO DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application from Target Corporation requesting <br />permission to sell consumer fireworks at the Super Target store at 749 Apollo Drive in <br />the City of Lino Lakes; and <br />WHEREAS, the city has conducted a background investigation of the applicant, and <br />WHEREAS, the fire department has reviewed the application and finds the request to <br />be in compliance with applicable fire codes and fire prevention regulations; and <br />WHEREAS, Target has paid the required license fees and is in compliance with city <br />ordinance; <br />Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: <br />That the City Council hereby approves an annual permit for sale of consumer <br />fireworks for the Super Target Store at 749 Apollo Drive, effective upon the date of <br />passage of this resolution. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of June, 2011. <br />ATTEST: <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon v• e bein taken thereon the followin• voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />
