• <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 -05 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF LOCAL SURFACE WATER <br />MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />WHEREAS, the City is required to prepare a Local Surface Water Management Plan <br />that must meet the requirements for local plans in Minnesota Statues, Section <br />103B.235; and <br />WHEREAS, EOR, Inc., has submitted a proposal to perform such services; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That staff is authorized to enter into an agreement with EOR, Inc for the preparation <br />of a Local Surface Water Management Plan. <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of , 2011. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
