• <br />• <br />• <br />ATTACHMENT A, RESOLUTION 11 -64 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 13 -11 <br />AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Ordinance sections regulating Temporary <br />Batch Plants <br />The purpose of amending these sections of the Zoning Ordinance is to clarify the <br />temporary establishment of batch plants for construction projects. <br />Section 1.Subdivision 2.B of the Zoning Ordinance will include definitions for the <br />term `Batch Plant'. <br />Section 3.Subdivison 16 of the Zoning Ordinance will include performance <br />standards and conditions for the use `Temporary Batch Plants'. <br />Section 5, Section 8, and Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance will be modified to <br />include the use `Temporary Batch Plants' within certain zoning districts and under <br />certain conditions. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council on June 27th, 2011. <br />This is a summary of the adopted ordinance.
