• <br />• <br />• <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 14 -11 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 800, CHAPTER 802 OF THE LINO LAKES <br />CODE OF ORDINANCES BY ADDING A NEW SECTION 802.07 RELATING TO ON- <br />STREET PARKING. <br />Section 802.07 (1) Establishes definitions for types of vehicles. <br />Section 802.07 (2) prohibits certain vehicles from parking on public streets. <br />Section 802.07 (3) provides for on- street parking of prohibited vehicles if <br />loading, unloading or performing a service. <br />Section 802.07 (4) limits the operation of motors or engines of parked <br />vehicles. <br />Section 802.07 (5) Provides exemptions for boats and boat trailers. <br />Section 802.07 (6) Provides for a recreational vehicle on- street parking <br />waiver. <br />Section 802.07 (7) Establishes criteria for granting a recreational vehicle on- <br />street parking waiver. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council on June , 2010. <br />This is a summary of the adopted ordinance.
