Resolution No. 11 -69, Authorizing execution of a joint powers agreement with the City of <br />Centerville and County of Anoka for Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Regional Park Campground <br />Sanitary Sewer Service — Planner Smyser reported on Anoka County's plans to improve the <br />campground at the regional park by added a sanitary sewer line. Since the line would run through <br />both Centerville and Lino Lakes, a joint powers agreement is recommended to spell out <br />responsibilities. <br />Council Member O'Donnell moved to approve Resolution No. 11 -69 as presented. Council Member <br />Roeser seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote; Council Member Gallup absent. <br />6I. Resolution No. 11 -71, Approving two agreements with Eagle Brook Church for parking lot <br />expansion project — Planner Smyser explained that the church is proceeding on original plans to <br />expand an existing parking lot on the south side of their building. The parking expansion plan has <br />been addressed with a site and building plan review conducted administratively. A related <br />performance agreement and maintenance agreement for storm water facilities have been developed. <br />Council Member Rafferty moved to approve Resolution No. 11 -71 as presented. Council Member <br />O'Donnell seconded the motion.
