P28 <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 -72 <br />AUTHORIZING SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT <br />FOR MILLER'S ON MAIN BLUE HERON DAYS ACTIVITES <br />WHEREAS, Chad Wagner of Miller's on Main has submitted an application for a <br />special event permit for events to be held on August 19, 20, 21, 2011, at 8001 Lake <br />Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, consistent with previous approvals, and recognizing that successfully <br />implementing an event of this type requires ongoing communication and instruction, <br />staff recommends that conditions of approval be attached and incorporated into this <br />resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has expressed a willingness to be bound to the conditions <br />recommended by staff (Attachment A) and to continue to work with staff to address <br />additional concerns which may arise; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department and the Centennial Fire District has <br />reviewed the application and event plans; and <br />WHEREAS, proof of general liability and liquor liability insurance has been submitted <br />by the applicant; <br />Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved by the City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: <br />That the City Council authorizes the proper city staff to issue a special event permit to <br />Chad Wagner owner of Miller's on Main for events on August 19, 20 and 21, 2011 <br />subject to the attached conditions (Attachments A) <br />Approved by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11th day of July, <br />2011. <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />• <br />
