She found the tone of the letter threatening and the <br />20 content not accurate (as far as when the pumping is required). <br />21 <br />22 The council directed city staff to investigate and report back on Ms. McDougal's concern. <br />23 <br />24 SETTING THE AGENDA <br />25 <br />26 The agenda was approved as presented. <br />27 <br />28 CONSENT AGENDA <br />29 <br />30 Council Member Roeser moved to approve Consent Item A and D, as presented. Council Member <br />31 O'Donnell seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />32 <br />33 Council Member O'Donnell moved to approve Consent Items B and C as presented. Council <br />34 Member Rafferty seconded the motion.
