A council member had visited like developments in other areas as well as smaller facilities; he feels the need to seek something smaller and would be more comfortable with that. The developer was asked about the possibility of including something like senior housing that would help bring in the infrastructure without the need for a big box, and the developer responded that it is sometimes possible to do peripheral development (and he gave examples where it has worked) and that the proposal before the council now would be a kick start for that type of development. The developer added that they have pushed the size of the facility as far down as they can in consideration of the market. UNFINISHED BUSINESS There was no Unfinished Business.
