Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall in the City of Lino Lakes on Monday, <br />September 12, 2011, commencing at 6:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: None <br />* * * <br />The Mayor announced that the next item of business was the consideration of a proposal <br />to amend the terms of the $4,260,000 General Obligation Improvement Note of 2009 of the City. <br />Councilmember introduced the following written resolution, the reading of which <br />was dispensed with by unanimous consent, and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 -92 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS OF THE CITY'S <br />GENERAL OBLIGATION IMPROVEMENT NOTE OF 2009, ISSUANCE OF AN <br />AMENDED NOTE TO REPLACE THE ORIGINAL NOTE, <br />AND AMENDING A JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY AND ANOKA COUNTY <br />BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota (the "City ") as follows: <br />Section 1.
