The <br />19 council concurred to discuss the matter at the October 3, 2011 work session. <br />20 <br />21 SETTING THE AGENDA <br />22 <br />23 The agenda was approved as presented. <br />24 <br />25 CONSENT AGENDA <br />26 <br />27 Council Member Roeser moved to approve Consent Agenda Items 1A, 1C, 1D, 1E, and 1F as <br />28 presented. Council Member Gallup seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br />29 <br />30 Council Member O'Donnell moved to approve Consent Item 1B as presented. Council Member <br />31 Roeser seconded the motion.
