That Section 503.12, Subdivision 8, of the above - entitled ordinance be <br />amended to read as follows: <br />503.12 PROHIBITIONS. <br />(8) An owner of an animal must not fail to restrain the animal from inflicting or <br />attempting to inflict bodily injury on a person at any place or on a domestic animal off <br />the owner's property, <br />dangerous animal. <br />Section 4. That Section 503.15, of the above - entitled ordinance be amended to <br />read as follows <br />• <br />503.15 <br />BY AN ANIMAL. <br />ATTACK <br />{ 1) Attack by an animal.
