• <br />Council Member <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 -112 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING $24,051 GRANT FROM MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF <br />HOMELAND SECURITY AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT FOR CONTINUED <br />SUPPORT OF THE VOLUNTEER PROGRAMS AND COMMUNITY EMERGENCY <br />RESPONSE TEAM <br />WHEREAS, The Lino Lakes Police Department has implemented a community <br />partnership in the form of volunteer programs and a Community <br />Emergency Response Team; and <br />WHEREAS, The Minnesota Department of Homeland Security and Emergency <br />Management has awarded the City of Lino Lakes additional grant funds in <br />the amount of $24,051.00 in support of advancing this partnership effort; <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Lino Lakes City Council members, do <br />hereby accept the grant of $24,051.00. <br />• <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />Julie Bartell, City Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of October, 2011. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
