Rehbein, T & G Properties, Inc. and Rehbein Properties to the assessments for the CSAH I -35E /CASH 14 Interchange proposed in the Final Property Assessment Roll attached to this letter, marked as 'Exhibit A'. Mr. Rehbein believes that the amounts assessed to him exceed the benefits, if any, to the properties being assessed. He also believes that the amounts assessed exceed the costs of the project to the City of Lino Lakes. He further believes that the Unit Costs and Utility Stages contained in 'Exhibit B' attached to this letter have resulted in his properties being assessed at higher rates than other comparably situated properties. This letter is intended comply with the requirements of Minn. Stat. 429.061 and to establish Mr. Rehbein's right to appeal the assessments listed above to the District Court.
