Rehbein, T & G Properties, Inc. and Rehbein <br />Properties to the assessments for the CSAH I -35E /CASH 14 Interchange proposed in the Final Property <br />Assessment Roll attached to this letter, marked as 'Exhibit A'. <br />Mr. Rehbein believes that the amounts assessed to him exceed the benefits, if any, to the properties <br />being assessed. He also believes that the amounts assessed exceed the costs of the project to the City <br />of Lino Lakes. He further believes that the Unit Costs and Utility Stages contained in 'Exhibit B' attached <br />to this letter have resulted in his properties being assessed at higher rates than other comparably <br />situated properties. <br />This letter is intended comply with the requirements of Minn. Stat. 429.061 and to establish Mr. <br />Rehbein's right to appeal the assessments listed above to the District Court.
