The result of considering 82 three proposals is the recommendation before the council to approve a contract with the firm of Geck, 83 Duea & Olson, PLLC, at the lowest monthly cost offered. 84 85 The mayor commended staff for following the council's direction to find costs savings. 86 87 Council Member O'Donnell moved to approve Resolution No. 11 -111 as presented.
