The <br />113 ordinance has been reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Board (forwarded without recommendation) <br />114 and the Economic Development Advisory Committee (approved) and is presented for second reading <br />115 and passage. Findings in support of the amendment are included in the ordinance. <br />116 <br />117 Council Member O'Donnell moved to dispense with full reading of the ordinance. Council Member <br />118 Gallup seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br />119 <br />120 Council Member Roeser moved to approve the second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 21 -11 <br />121 as presented. Council Member Rafferty seconded the motion. Motion carried: Yeas, 5; Nays none. <br />122 <br />123 6B, Resolution No. 11 -117, Approving Final Payment for the 2011 Street Sealcoat Project — City <br />124 Engineer Wedel noted that the contractor for the 2011 City Sealcoat Project, Pearson Brothers, Inc., is <br />125 requesting their final payment for the project. That payment, along with a small deduct for a change <br />126 order, would bring the project in below the original contracted amount. Staff is recommending <br />127 approval of the payment. <br />128 <br />129 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve Resolution No. 11 -117, as presented. Council Member <br />130 Gallup seconded the motion.
