Fritsche <br />for value received do hereby dedicate to the City of Lino Lakes a permanent easement <br />for pond and flowage purposes over, under and across the land located within the <br />City of Lino Lakes, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, described as follows: <br />That part of Lot 1, Block 10, Lakes Addition No. 3 lying <br />southeasterly of a line described as follows: <br />Commencing at the northeast corner of said <br />lot; thence westerly along the northerly line of <br />said lot 83.00 feet to the beginning of the line <br />to be described; thence deflecting to the left <br />53 °0'00" a distance of 86.00 feet; thence <br />deflecting to the right 29 °35'52" a distance <br />of 49.34 feet to the southwest corner of said <br />lot, and said described line there terminating. <br />This easement is given to replace unrecorded easements as <br />evidenced by Document No. 1559755. <br />State Deed Tax Due: None <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, John B.
