• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-09 <br />PREMISES PERMIT APPROVAL FOR APPLICATION <br />TO CONDUCT ONE -DAY RAFFLE <br />CIRCLE -LEX LIONS CLUB <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes met at its regularly scheduled <br />meeting of January 28, 2002, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council discussed annual off -site gambling (one -day <br />raffle) at St. Joseph's Church for the Circle -Lex Lions Club, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Circle -Lex Lions Club is in compliance with City Ordinance, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Circle -Lex Lions Club appears to take into consideration the best <br />interest of the City of Lino Lakes, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the One -Day Annual Off -Site Gambling Application for the <br />Circle -Lex Lions Club. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of , 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann J.
